Today was really good. :)
I binged last night :( I was stressed out about school and upset at my dad, so I sat in bed drinking Nesquik and eating Fiber One chocolate bars. No good. Today is a new day though, so I think I’ll go to the gym and try extra hard. And then do yoga.
Here’s my progress in the last week! Down 4 pounds already!
